Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and US. If you want to purchase your product outside North America, please email us at indulge@ariandulge.com, and we will get a shipping quote and ETA for you.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in Canada, adhering to high standards of quality and care. Our products are cruelty-free, natural, vegan and pregnancy-safe.
How do I know which product is right for me?
We provide 1:1 human consultation service for FREE to understand your skin concerns and suggest products based on that. Email us at indulge@ariandulge.com if you are interested in getting a free consultation.
Can men use Arian Dulge products?
The best part about our products is that they are gender-neutral and can be used for all genders and skin types. You can use them with your partner for date-night skincare or pre-game skincare.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes, our products are designed to be gentle yet effective, catering to various skin types, including sensitive skin.
How long does an order take to be processed?
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of business days. We do not ship orders on major holidays in Canada and the USA.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping details at the email address mentioned when placing the order. If you haven’t received your shipping notification, please check your email and spam folder for an email from indulge@ariandulge.com. Tracking information may not be immediately available once the tracking is live. The tracking number can take up to 48 hours to become active in the carrier system. If you don’t see any updates within 3 business days, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team at indulge@ariandulge.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered for purchases subtotaling $75 (CAD) before discounts and taxes.
Can I change my order or address after I have placed the order?
Unfortunately, at this time, the system does not allow any changes to be made to the cart or the shipping and billing address. Please ensure you are cross-checking the cart and addresses before placing your order.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
Currently, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for our products. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.
Order not received or order damaged. Who do I contact?
For any instances with your order, please get in touch with our team at indulge@ariandulge.com. If your order has been damaged, we request that you share a video while opening the package and attach it to the email for quicker resolution.
